Not sure if it’s farther back in this thread but has anyone contacted Verizon? What was the response?
Yes,I was on the phone yesterday, with Veronica, she was very patient listening to my concern....but she suggested contacting both Roku and NBC sports. ...at the time of our conversation, she did not see any similar concerns...showing in their system.
I haven't cut the cord with my cable Verizon, so I am still able to see Philly Sports on one TV,the rest of tv are roku or firestick connected.....firestick still works and it is an older version. So, it looks like it's a Roku and NBC problem.
I know casting is a somewhat solution....but , you should have to tie up , your devices.....plusthe feed is not as good
Hi Community users,
Thanks for the posts regarding the issue you are experiencing with an error code when access the NBC Sports channel on Roku devices.
Please be aware that I have passed along your concerns and details to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further. Once more information is available, I'll be sure to update this Community thread.
Your patience and understanding in the meantime is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Danny
@RokuDanny-R @Thank you for your help!!! It’s really appreciated!
Thank you , Danny
This has been going on for weeks now!
I haven't been able to watch Sharks games and am now unable to watch Giants games.
The login info works because I can successfully watch on a Win 10 laptop but get the below error when I try to watch on the Roku.
Error Code: CloudpathErrorRetransUserMVPDBlacklisted
This is what they told me more than 2 weeks ago.
None of these suggestions worked:

Hi. We have a thread going over here about this issue: https://community.roku.com/t5/Solving-playback-issues/NBC-SPORTS-APP-Error-Code-Cloudpath-ErrorRetra...
Still does not seem resolved, but might be making progress.
Yeah, I replied in that thread and the screwy Roku Community started a whole new thread for me.
Not exactly confidence building.
Thanks for the heads up!
