My tv says there is no input detected on the HDSMI port that my Roku is plugged in to

My tv says input not detected. I tried the port where my amazon stick is located and it still didnt recognize the roku so its not the tv. I pressed the reset button on the firestick and that didnt help. The power light is on so I know im getting power to the firestick. Im ASSuming the thing died but I dont know how to reach Roku to see if they offer a replacement or if Im just out of luck.

Re: My tv says there is no input detected on the HDSMI port that my Roku is plugged in to

You didnt state the name/model # of the Roku or Roku TV you are trying to connect/configure.

Its not clear whether you are trying to connect a FireTV stick to a Roku TV, or connect a Roku player to a TV that already has a Fire TV stick.

You mentioned resetting the FS, and seeing lights/power on the FS, but I'm not sure how that would have anything to do with a Roku player, though it would with a Roku TV (FireTV Sticks are made by Amazon, not Roku).

So lets start over - state the name/model # of the Roku device you are trying to connect/configure, and what the exact issue is.
