My prime video isn’t working. It lets me pick a movie but when I click on it to watch it, it acts like it’s loading to come on but then says something went wrong & directed me to Amazon.com but it wasn’t helpful. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Try restarting your Roku (Settings/System/Restart).
Make sure you have sufficient download speed (Settings/Network/Check connection).
If those don't address it, remove Prime, RESTART your Roku (MUST DO THIS), reinstall Prime.

Same problem: "Something went wrong..."
The ONLY thing that worked for me was to reset the Roku device to factory settings and then reinstall Prime (along with all the other accounts).
