My 600 lb life on tlc subtitles are garbled

My 600 lb life on tlc subtitles are garbled. I removed Prime, unplugged the Roku device for 5 minutes, plugged it back on and added Prime . Same issue

Thanks for bringing up your concerns about the Prime app's content being out of sync. In this case, please reach out to the App support team directly—they'll be able to help you sort this out. All app features, credentials, and interfaces are managed by their respective service providers.

Hi,  I should call the TLC app support ? I don’t understand how to do this. Also the link you sent to me “Prime Video Support”  goes to Amazon.com. I live in Canada.  Is this the correct link for me ?

@Pmwhite TLC is owned by Discovery channel.  Submit a request – discovery+ Help Center

You could also reach out to Prime to see if that is an issue caused by their service.
