Mtv app just stops and closes in the middle of a show

When I’m watching a show on the MTV app it just closes and brings me back to the Roku main screen in the middle of a show. I have to then open the app back up go back to the show and fast forward to where I was. It does this for every show every time

Can you please provide more detailed information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet? Does this issue happen specifically on the MTV channel or does it happen across all channels? Have you already tried removing the channel, restarting the Roku device, then adding the channel back again, specifically in that order?

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
