I have a Hisense Roku TV, mplay application, formerly ministra player, stopped working 2-3 weeks ago.
It freezes at the launch page and it never takes me to the login page.
I checked with the IPTV provider and they said there is no issue on their side.
I reinstalled the application several times and made sure the TV software is up-to-date.
Any idea what is the fix?
After removing a channel, best practice is to restart your Roku to clear its memory cache before reinstalling the channel. Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.
On a Roku TV you'll find the System restart option under Settings > System > Power.
