I added the LUEY app after a search on Roku and saw that I could watch the movie free on LUEY. After getting on the app and finding the movie, I clicked "play now" and nothing happens. Screen goes black for about one second and shows the buffering icon, then goes right back to the movie screen. No error code or message is given. Just goes back to the same screen (the movie page). Ive uninstalled the app. restarted the Roku stick and reinstalled the app again. Same results when i tried playing the movie again.

Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is it isolated to one content or channel?
If a specific channel is not properly working, it's possible there may be an issue within the channel itself that the service provider will need to investigate. You'll need to contact the channel provider to report this issue and request more help.
