The thumbnail and movie description all show the version with Jeff Fahey, Kim Delaney and Brad Douriff but the movies that play on both roku and favesome are of a different movie with the same title but a different year. This one being about a serial killer that is killer strippers. 

Can you please match the correct film with its title.

Looks like Roku and the other free channels are showing the 1992 Body Parts.

I don't see the 1991 version w/ Jeff Fahey available for free streaming anywhere.

Unfortunately, errors like this in the Search Result do occur from time to time.

On the online Fawesome.tv https://fawesome.tv/movies/10649282/body-parts, the info is also showing the 1991 movie, but playing the 1992 movie instead.
