I have a valid MotoGP subscription that has worked in Roku on this MotoGP channel on this device. 
I can watch paid MotoGP videos. 
I cannot watch the MotoGP Live stream. 

I logged off and logged back in. Same problem. 
I deleted the MotoGP channel, reinstalled it, and logged in. Deleted the app on Roku, reboot it. reinstall the app, put in my credentials and still doesn't work

“Subscription service is unavailable please try again later” “An error has occurrred…”

I noticed this yesterday and it’s still a problem. This is the first race weekend of the season and I’d really like to watch all live.

Same problem here. Dorna is investigating the issue and until further notice advises not to use the ROKU app.

It’s a weird problem, isn’t it.
My credentials work in other parts of the Roku channel (videos that require subscription) and in other devices. That’s why I’d assumed it was a Roku issue.

Thanks for the posts. 

If the issue persists from one channel after removing the app, restarting the device, and re-installing it, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

Same thing happening here. MotoGP app has always played fine on Roku until this opening weekend. Works on all other devices; only Roku not showing live content. I've contacted Dorna too. I know they are busy but...

Same problem here! Signed out, restarted Roku, then signed back in and it still doesn't work.

It's not fair to pay all this money for a subscription that doesn't work!!

I’m having the same issue here and have emailed to advise there is a problem. All I can do is cast to my tv from my mobile. Not ideal.

Currently casting from the phone as well, and just like you said, definitely not ideal.
