Same here in Rhode Island, live MotoGP feed works on my Laptop, but not on Roku, I get a subscription error, Yesterday and Today. Not sure if this is a MotoGP issue or a Roku issue, but Really disappointing that nobody tested this service before the 1st race weekend. Back to my laptop feed to watch the racing!

Will not allow access to live races

Motogp subscription is valid

Access to older races and non live events works fine.

Live races stream correctly on Phone & Laptop

Have tried uninstall and reinstall which does not help

ROKU system is up to date.

As previously mentioned in this thread, many channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. We recommend contacting the channel's customer support team to report the issue and get help.

I got a reply from Dorna ( as some of you may also have) "reminding me I can watch on my computer"

I wonder if they plan on fixing the Roku app....or I paid to stream this season from my phone

I also got the same email from Dorna. Which of course, I informed them that if their tech support team isn't able to fix the Roku steaming issue (including casting from the phone or computer), then I'd like to cancel my subscription and get my money back.

It's terrible to pay a large amount of money for such a service in this day and age.

Did their tech support really not test that feature before the season starts? 

what have they been doing all along I wonder?

So when does someone from ROKU reach out to someone from Dorna/MotoGP and get this fixed? 
The “use your other devices” response is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to fix the Roku issue in time for today's race.

Depending on your TV model, you may use a phone or tablet tot cast or mirror to the TV, be it directly from one of our apps or using the Chrome browser with it's built in casting option.
