Whenever I try to play anything on Modern History TV, it acts like it is going to play, but then flashes back to the selection page. I haven’t had any issues in the past, but this started happening a few weeks ago. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

Looks like there is an issue with the Modern History TV channel/app.
The only contact I see is for a Facebook link https://www.facebook.com/modernhistorytv1/.
There was also a Twitter account here but no interaction since 2019. https://twitter.com/ModHistoryTV.
Link to the website is also not working. https://www.modernhistorytv.net/apollo-11/
Perhaps see if you can make contact with Paul Viner (the creator of the channel) over there on Facebook.

The creators/developers of the different channels/apps on the Roku platform are responsible for the maintenance and fixes to their channels. May just be having some temporary issues.
It is only on the Modern History Channel. Everything else works fine.
