There's nothing in the Roku channel store with the name "Ministra". Is this a private channel that must be installed using a code? If so, be aware that private channels are unsupported by Roku, and they can be removed at any time if they are found in violation of the Roku terms of use.
When I do a web search for Ministra, I see a player for Apple and Android devices. It's entirely possible that the company that provides the app has stopped supporting Roku. Your concerns about that need to be directed at that company, not Roku. If a provider decides to drop Roku support, there's nothing Roku can do about it.
