My Minstra player worked fine for an year and now it’s having issue after the registration and it charges me in the Roku player but when I try to add the portal takes me back to the registration and errors out. I have done everything factory reset and it still gives the same error.
You would need to reach out to the customer support for Ministra Player, Roku does not have any control over 3rd party app issues.
