Mclouds Daughters - why are the eposides so disjointed - the continuity of story line is frustrating

what is happening with the Roku programming of Mclouds Daughters - episode storyline continuity is aggravating.

sometimes you think you watching an entirely different program.  The explanation of episodes is pitiful.  grrr
