I purchased MLB from Major League Baseball's web site for the 2022 season. For some reason, ROKU thinks the season runs from Aug 21 to Aug 22 and wanted me to pay to avoid termination. I contacted ROKU customer service and the rep had no idea about baseball and how the season goes. He transferred me to MLB, and I was informed that my subscription was valid through the remainder of the season.
I was sent an email stating that I no longer had access to MLB, and ROKU had removed the icon from my queue and has closed my account.
I want my service restore ASAP so I can continue to enjoy the remainder of the baseball season.
