My XD won't run MLB. Should I purchase a new one? I can run MLB and Chromecast it.

I solved it. It was an old Roku device that was no longer supported. Now my smart tv is a Roku tv as I have removed the cable box.

Hi Danny

i have the same issue, my Roku no longer supports MLB.  Do you offer an upgrade path since the one we purchased no longer works?

I have  a Roku 2 XL Serial numbr 13A176064657

@snowmelt  MLB won’t work cause your Roku is too old and unsupported. In order to watch MLB TV you need to upgrade your Roku to a newer model

As mentioned, the Roku 2 XL is a much older device that is no longer supported. However, we would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and running.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Are you making sure you are authenticating the MLB channel with your MLB account credentials and not your Roku account information?
