The simple answer is "no" unless you want to pay for a streaming service that offers your local channels. Generally, if you want to get them for free, you would connect an antenna to your TV and the Roku device wouldn't be involved at all. If you want to look into a streaming service, you may want to start here:

Other options would be a Tablo TV device or a HDHomerun device that also require a decent antenna.
