Local channels not listed

Hello I have Xfinity and the local channels are not working or showing up on both of my Roku boxes. They have worked in the past. I called Comcast they can't find a issue on there end. I also have a xfinity cable box  on a separate TV and the locals work.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
