How can I get my local channels back? We live in central Connecticut but we are now seeing local news/commercials from the Boston, MA area. It started a few days ago. I've tried entering my zip code in the settings tab but still no change. Any info is appreciated.

We would be more than happy to look into this issue for you. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.

I'm not sure but. I think if you set your zip code to all 00000.and do a restart. And see what happens. It may clear up he cache.

At that point I'd recommend putting the city zip code, of the broadcast towers your seeking on your ato antenna. But after you enter zip code, do a test to play it safe. And I hope this helps. I've been having challenges with this my self. They may come up with a permanent fix soon.
