It appears to load. Goes through the process of activating the paramount account. Then returns back to signing in and back to activating again, and again. The Roku is about 7 years old as wells the Samsung TV. Have another Samsung that is older that I just bought a new Roku for and it loaded with no issues. Can it be that the old Roku’s are the issue?
What is the model number of the Roku?
Have you tried doing a system restart or unplugging the device for 60 seconds and see if that helps?

Firstly, could you please let us know which Roku device you have, along with the serial number? Also, is the issue occurring only on the isolated channel?
