Channels & viewing

Whenever i try to play a live soccer game, it crashes and goes back to my home screen. 

I have tried restarting, deleting and downloading the app again, and even factory resetting. I’m not sure what else to do since this is happening on both my roku express 4k+ devices.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried checking for a channel updated by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button > Check for update, then seeing if the issue persists?

When I click to watch a live show, especially sports, Hulu returns to the main Roku menu. Seems like this is a consistent problem, but I cannot find solutions outside of the regular reset, reinstall, etc. Any recommendations. This just started over the weekend.

App: Hulu version 6.53 | build 1

Device: Model 3920x

I am having the same issue. The problem seems to be with live shows. I was able to go to “My Stuff” and watch what I have there.  I’ve tried deleting and reloading Hulu and also checked for updates. What else could be the problem?
