Could someone help? I deleted and reinstalled the NOW app and its still happening. It's only started around the time I was asked to update my cookie preference and I put 'only essential' so I wondered if that had to do with it but when I reinstalled I allowed all cookies and it is still doing the same annoying thing.
I can hear the audio still playing while the sleep mode/bouncing logo is on the screen.

Does the issue only occur on the Now TV channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If removing the channel and adding it back to the device does not resolve the channel issue, I'd recommend restarting the Roku device after performing all the steps. Restart your device before adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to 👉 Settings > System > System restart > Restart.

i had exactly the same issue watching live feed on nowtv after 10min screensaver come on
managed to sort it out by going into settings > theme >screensaver start time > disable screensaver.
there mine was automatically set at 10 min which now set at disable screensaver and seems to work just fine

Nice one, has sorted the problem. Must have been a roku update
