Live feed on Now TV app keeps going into sleep mode after 15 min (bouncing NOW logo)
Could someone help? I deleted and reinstalled the NOW app and its still happening. It's only started around the time I was asked to update my cookie preference and I put 'only essential' so I wondered if that had to do with it but when I reinstalled I allowed all cookies and it is still doing the same annoying thing.
I can hear the audio still playing while the sleep mode/bouncing logo is on the screen.
Does the issue only occur on the Now TV channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If removing the channel and adding it back to the device does not resolve the channel issue, I'd recommend restarting the Roku device after performing all the steps. Restart your device before adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful.
