Licensing and copyright of Roku Channel content shown in a bar/restaurant

I need to know if it is legal to stream content from the Roku channel (sports in particular) in a bar or restaurant or if this would infringe on content producers' copyright?

The restaurant/bar business would have to pay for the app in order to stream copyrighted content.
