The latest episode is listed as 5 sec long, and stops after the opening logo. Older episodes are OK.

Are all other streaming channels playing content normally? If yes and the issue is only with the channel alone and specific content, this is a good indication that there is likely an issue within that specific channel that will need to be addressed with an update from the channel publisher. Channels on Roku are created and maintained by each channel publisher. In this case, you'll want to reach out to that channel publisher directly to share your feedback.

Not only is it the only channel with this problem, it's the only episode of this program with the problem. So you're saying that I should contact Acorn support?

We recommend contacting Acorn TV directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues including specific channel contents and functionality inquiries. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
