I have search Knowledge Network in the channel search and it does not appear. Tried to add through Ruko website found knowledge network but button to add it is greyed out. Can anyone give me guidance to add this channel.
I'm looking for the answer to the same problem. My friends device has it available. Why not mine? Obviously Roku doesn't really give a rat's a** about even discussing the issue because you can't get a hold of anybody to address it. I won't be recommending this streaming device to anyone in the future.
@crowbar, where are you located and where is your friend located? It's available in the Canada channel store, but not the US.

If you're in Canada but set up your Roku account as a US account that can mess things up.
I live on the west coast of Canada and my friend lives down the road from me. He gets apps on his machine that I cannot seem to get and they are not listed on the Roku Channel Store. Plus this is "Crowbar" posting on this thread. This useless website made me start another member profile to get back on here to comment on my own question? Where is the support for this company? Answer - it doesn't exist.
If you somehow created a US based Roku account intentionally or unintentionally (which is easy to do) you won't have access to Canada-only channels/apps. The only solution is to close the old account and create a new one. When you create the account go to https://my.roku.com/signup and ensure the "Language selector" at the bottom of the page is set to Canada (or shows Canada; I'm not sure it can be changed). There's no way to change an established account from one region to another.
