It say I need a subscription in order to watch a show but I already have one... Whats going on

What do I do about Roko telling me I need to have a subscription to watch a show on stars but I just paid my Roku bill for stars this isn't making sense

There are several different ways to access Starz. One is by the Starz app. Another is through The Roku Channel. Another is through Prime Video Channels. Still another is through Hulu/Hulu+Live TV. Yet another is through Philo. Another is through Sling TV. Or Fubo. Or AT&T TV.

And here is the thing. Subscribing to one method doesn't give you access via another method. So, if you subscribed through one, then tried to access a different method, it would prompt you.

How did you subscribe to Starz?
