Issues with ItalyTV TV2000 channel streaming

My mother subscribed to the ItalyTV channel on Roku because it has the TV2000 network and it has problems with streaming. For a while it broadcasts great, then it has trouble loading the programming and all you see is a circle with 33% in the middle.  Other Italian channels on Italy TV work great, TV2000 is the only one with a problem.  How can this be fixed?

TV2000 is not developed by Roku. So it’s best to reach out to the developer and ask them. If TV2000 is part of ItalyTV then contact them

I looked for contact info for ItalyTV (which is how my mother gets TV2000)  online but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone have a website or email address for this company?

I Googled Lomitos Crew and I was not able to find a contact email or phone number. Does anyone have information about Lomitos Crew?
