Channels & viewing

I am using Roku Ultra and have checked that Disney+ is compatible. However i cannot locate the app on Channel store. When will this be made available and is there another way to install the app?

I have tried to install the app via the web account but it does not update on the device.

Channel availability/access on Roku devices will vary from region to region. A Roku device will work in any location, however, channels may not be available on your device in that location, based on each channel provider's discretion. For more information, you'd want to contact any specific channel/service provider to inquire further about whether they offer their channel/service on the Roku platform in your region.

I guess this is a technical issue from Roku. I checked with Disney+, did all the troubleshooting work with them and i couldn’t the problem. Should be solved by you guys

Disney + is not available in Singapore for Roku devices. The channel is managed and developed by its channel publisher. We do not own the channels on Roku but you may send your feedback directly to the channel developers to let them know you want them on Roku. Thanks for your interest and we hope to expand our presence soon.
