Our Roku Premiere which is a year old is overheating. We are also having an issue with YouTubeTV losing network connection. Don't know if the 2 are related or not. Everything else loads perfectly though. If we return the Roku and receive a new one, will we be able to load YouTubeTv because of the dispute going on between them and Roku?????

Your channels are installed to your Roku account and downloaded to your individual Roku devices from there. Add/delete on one you add/ delete on all.
This is from what I've read, not from personal experience, so take it for what it's worth. As long as you don't remove YouTubeTV from your Roku account, a new Roku linked to that same account should receive the YouTubeTV app.
But if not, there is a workaround. YouTubeTV has been added as an option on the menu on the left side of the regular Roku YouTube app.
