Lately, but not all the time, my icons disappear from my Homescreen.  I use an Ultra that is approximately 5+ years old.  Only a reboot will fix the problem. Anyone have an idea why this is happening and if there is a permanent fix?

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Can you provide screenshots of the issue happening so we can better understand what you are experiencing?

On a couple of occasions recently after I exit an App, all of my App icons are gone from the Home screen,  It has only happened twice and I cannot reproduce the problem nor have I taken a screenshot or pic of the problem.  The only way to resolve the problem is to reboot the Roku.
