Hi all! ITV Hub hasn't been working since Thursday 5th August. It looks like it's working, the adverts play and then I get the message ''Where's my Show? There looks like there was a problem playing your video. We know this is the last thing you want so let's try and fix it'' No instructions on how to fix it though! Tried deleting and reinstalling App, updating App, rebooting internet but no joy- any ideas??

Did you restart your Roku device before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order, we would recommend giving it a shot once again.
Moreover, if the issue persists on one channel, videos from other channels play fine, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. We would recommend reaching out to ITV Hub Support to report the issue and get help.

I got the same problem it's the app on version 1.1 says it's up to date when its not as my box up in bedroom is on 2.2 driving me nuts and nothing about anywhere

Hi all- I've had this from ITV Hub, let's hope they sort this asap!
