I was able to get MSNBC before and now i can't

I have always been able to see the MSNBC programs the next day after they've aired and now I can't get NBC to open on the page where I would be able to select which programs I wanted to watch.  what happened?  anybody else seeing this?

Hi @crystal2692 

Thanks for posting in the Community regarding the issue you are experiencing with channel playback on NBC.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.
