I'm paying for apps that return to the home screen, I want my Roku money back.

I pay for Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. & can't watch half the time because Roku returns me to the home screen 20 times a day. I've been following others & it seems Roku has done NOTHING to fix the issue. How about refunding everyone who's purchased your TV's so we can buy another brand? Obviously, you have no fix. Own it & send us back our money. This isn't new, the issue goes way back, DO SOMETHING!!!
