If you're having trouble with a specific app, try removing it and then reinstalling it. To make sure it works, restart your device before adding the channel back. Just go to Settings > System > System Restart > Restart. You can check out this support link for more details: How to resolve a channel playback issue.
If you're still having issues with that one channel while everything else is working fine, contact the channel provider’s customer support team for help.
