I suddenly can’t access my AMC+ subscription via Roku. I subscribe directly via AMC+, not thru Roku. It had worked fine until today when it asked me to log in. I punched in my AMC+ password, but nothing happened. The screen message said that no password had been entered. I tried 4 times, but no result. If anyone has any info on this problem, I’d really appreciate it. Very disappointing to find that Roku has no customer service.
Whatever is happening with your setup, it's not a universal issue. My AMC+ subscription was still signed in.
I logged out and logged back in without issue.
Now, I actually use a different email address for AMC+ than I do for Roku, so I manually entered my email address. If you're simply accepting the default (that is, the one tied to Roku) email address, perhaps re-entering the email address as well may make a difference.
