And right after I post a question for information that should always be provided, two more come along and simply post "me too" type of posts. People, please, Roku will have a difficult time trying to resolve any issue without enough information. I don't work for Roku; I'm a user like you, and I'm trying to help if I can, so I ask for basic information that isn't provided. And immediately afterward, two more come along and don't include the information requested. It's almost like you don't want help. It's not just them two, this happens all the time. And then people wonder why they can't get help.
Please provide information requested. Will it make a difference? Well, I don't know. I certainly am not experiencing the issue, so more information about your setup may indeed be helpful. I'm not asking just to ask, I'm asking trying to help, but we need your cooperation.
Now, I'm tagging @RokuDanny-R and @RokuKariza-D , who will come along and be a lot nicer and sweeter, but still ask you for the same thing.
