Need to provide a heckuva lot more info than what you've done so far.
Let me give you some perspective. Generally, you'd add apps (Roku calls them Channels) in the Channel Store, either on your Roku itself or from https://channelstore.roku.com
Roku also allows you to add non-certified apps, but those, being not certified, are not guaranteed to work.
So, what app are you trying to add? And how are you trying that?
