I can't even exit, entering the home button or the back or even another app. It's just stuck on prime. As of today may 26 2022. And I assumed my new Roku was a lemon I needed to return. How annoying! We spend a ton of money and "professional IT" still can't get the job done.

Have you tried unplugging your Roku device from the power and seeing if the issue persists.
If you are still experiencing the issue consistently, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue further.

Does the same thing when trying to exit Bloomberg. All I get is...."you sure you want to exit?". Then none of the keys will work from there letting me answer the question. A PITA. Why ask this question about exiting anyway? Any way to disable that?
Are you pressing the home key? I've seen several apps ask "are you sure" if you use the back arrow key, but I've never seen that question asked when the home key was pressed.
