Hulu - while recording won't pay from the beginning

Hello, Need help from tech support, please.  Can someone fix this issue?  Thanks!

@stone75  Roku does not develop the Hulu channel. Hulu/Disney does. And since this is a recording you are referring to Hulu + Live TV and not Hulu. I suggest you make a post in the Hulu support community. 

You also own a Hisense Roku TV. Roku does not make TVs so you need to contact Hisense support
