talked to hulu.. they have no idea when problem will be fixed..   hulu not retrieving video and going back to hulu main screen  on ROKU   .. it has been 10 days .. come on

No it's not resolved I have a Roku 2700x and I cannot watch anything on Hulu it just goes back to the Hulu main screen I did everything disconnected it uninstalled it reinstalled it nothing and it's going on now for already a month and meanwhile I'm paying for Hulu for nothing. Please advise. There are so many people with the same problem.

Just to be clear, Hulu admits that it's their problem? If yes, are they having it on other streaming machines from other companies or is it just Roku?

As far as I know it's only on Roku right now and no one admits fault. Both companies blamed the other from what people have said. I could watch Hulu on my computer and through a smart TV that's 8 years old.

Thanks for the reply. I guess we could just plop down another 30 bucks and buy a different company streamer. I guess I'll wait a week or two well I really use it for us to see cheers and Frasier. Lol. Good night.

My Hulu and Roku are once again friends! I am able to watch Hulu on my Roku 2710, no issues loading. To whoever fixed the issue, thank you.

Hulu play confirmed fixed for 27x0 models.

Mine is a 2700 x I'll try it soon see if it's also fixed. I'll let the community know.

To reply on comment about it being on Hulu end- that is false- because I watch it with zero problems everywhere else- smart tv- phone- wherever
