There is a possibility that the 7th character may be a capital O rather than a zero. It’s difficult to tell. If that’s the case, then the serial number of my machine may be: 1RG4ANO71113

Has anyone found a solution for this.  I have tried everything posted and it still will not fully load. I can as far as the screen that says retrieved and then it flips back to the series page.

I have a freestanding Roku device, not a Roku TV, and when I select a program starts loading as if it's going to play and then goes back to the original select screen on Roku. Please help. I did reset the machine it didn't help.

Its definitely a roku issue I mean what the? **bleep**? Waste of money to buy roku. I am very disappointed in product.  Been working fine then all of sudden nothing.  I've even factory reset still didn't correct the issue

was there any resolution to this issue?  mine is having the same issue.  i have tried everything to delete it, restart it, check for updates, etc.

It's been doing this all week for me. Just now I'm finally able to watch on my Roku!
