Hulu on Roku TV, removing all previous account information

I was given a Roku TV, a TCL, that already had the Hulu app installed and activated on it. The problem is, that I can find no way to delete the information for the app. I delete the app, do a system restart and reload the app and it acts like I did nothing. How can I delete this app and reinstall it so that I can log into the app with MY account credentials instead of what was already there? I do not pay for Hulu through Roku.

Is the TV still linked to the previous owner's Roku account?   Check the email address under Settings->System->About.

You should really perform a factory reset and create your own Roku account if you haven't already.
