I’m having an identical issue. We have attempted the following:

 

factory reset

unplugging modem and reconnecting to internet 

logging out of Hulu and back in

 

Also— Disney Plus screen won’t load, logo comes up then takes us back to tv home page.

Thank you for posting here in the Roku community.

We understand that you having issues with your Hulu and Disney Plus channels. However, have you tried removing the channel to see if it helps?

  • Remove all the affected channels.
  • Restart your device before adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.
  • Go to the Roku streaming store and re-add the affected channel.
