This is on a TCL Roku TV, model A116X, device ID S05HY059X036. This is a relatively new TV, and while Hulu originally pulled up fine, we opened it up sometime in the last few weeks to find Hulu no longer accessible. It does not show up on the Home Screen, nor in the channel search, and while it is a button on the remote, pressing it does nothing. This is not a region issue, as I’m in the US. I cannot find anything else online about this, and any hep would be appreciated.
You should know that if you remove a channel/app from one Roku it will be removed from all Rokus linked to the same account, so if there's another Roku in your household and someone removed Hulu that could explain it. I don't know why pressing the button doesn't do anything. First, restart/reboot your Roku and try again. You should be able to add it from the website. Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that shows up on your TV under Settings->System->About and then go to this link:
