You should report this directly to Hulu to put pressure on them to fix it and get service credit:

My guess is they release an update (6.48.2) tomorrow (Monday 8/22) to attempt to address this.
I see this is a common problem but I've had hulu on roku for over 2 years with no issue but now I can't watch it. It let's me get as far as "who's watching" then it boots me back to home screen, ive tried all the fixes I even went and bought a new roku and the result was the same. I know its not hulu because it works on my phone and laptop but doesn't work on any of my 3 rokus or tvs...who do I call about this?
From what I understand Hulu recently pushed an update out and it has caused problems on several platforms. Mine does the same.
If not resolved soon I predict a wave of canceled subscriptions
So I finally talked to hulu today I unplugged my hulu from my TV and unplugged my TV then unplugged my wifi waited 5 minutes plugged it all back in and boom it works again!
Tried that.
Didn't work.
Tried for 10 minutes with complete shutdown/deletion.
Didn't work.
I'm giving them 48 hours then canceling.

So for me it won’t even load it won’t let me on I have the Roku tv 8310X model I just bought it a week ago it was working just fine and then suddenly yesterday when I tried to get on Hulu it stopped working everything else works perfectly fine such as Disney plus Netflix etc just Hulu
It is Hulu on Roku's platform. I spoke to them Sat. morning (08/21/2021) and the guy I spoke to confirmed that it was a problem with the update they did on the Roku platform and that their tech team was working on the problem and would be resolved but didn't know how soon.

Thanks for the update. Meanwhile got Hulu working on the Windows 10 laptop. Tried everything suggested with my Roku Express. No go... Ok.. learned a lot, some things you cannot fix on your side of the problem. Patience,
