Latest "Fix" given me by Hulu is to unplug my Rokus (I have a stick and an older model) and also unplug my router for 3 minutes. After three minutes, try again.
My plan is to remove hulu from both devices before unplugging. Then reinstall Hulu and try again. I'll let you know if it works!
I have a roku model: 3930x and I'm having the same issue listed with hulu closing about 10-20 seconds after opening it. I went out today and bought a roku Express 4k model: 3940x and it has the same issue (hulu closing after about 20 seconds) I've tried all of the fixes listed in these threads (and from what I've seen roku says to contact hulu and hulu says to contact roku, and that's pretty funny to me.
Now I'm just commenting to get the problem recognized. Really sucks, was enjoying fargo.
I have had the same issues since yesterday, have done 2 chats with Hulu, they have never mentioned an update! I have done everything they asked without success. Today they told me to deactivate my ROKU and then activate it again, has anyone tried that? I’m about ready to switch to Sling!
I called Hulu for support and tried all the fixes and was ultimately told that this is a known issue. They are working on a fix. In the meantime, if you want credit for your downtime, call them and ask for credit.
Hulu won't fully load. Keeps taking me back to the Roku home screen. Tried unplugging, restarting Roku and tv, restarting Roku system, removing and reading Hulu app and checking for updates. My other apps work fine.
I have two different roku one box and one stick. Both have the same issue. Select Hulu and it tries to load and then sends me back to roku homepage. All other apps work fine, restarted tv, box, stick, router and same issue. Hulu plays fine on my phone and tablets.
