Hi, @Cdendy
Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Roku Community.
We appreciate you for sharing this information with us regarding the Hulu app that disappeared from the Home Screen, and our team is here to help. Let's perform a troubleshooting step to resolve the issue.
Follow the instructions below:
- Download the Roku Mobile App—Free for iOS® or Android™ | Roku and log in with your credentials. Then, search for the Hulu app and select the option to remove it.
- Once removed, perform a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System Restart.
- After the restart, add the channel back from the "Streaming Store" on your Roku device.
Once you've performed all the steps above, you'll be able to see the apps that are missing from your Home Screen.
if the issue persists, our team would like to investigate this issue further. Provide the details below:
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
Keep us posted on what you find out.
