Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ not playing on Roku Ultra devices

This seems like it might be a Roku or a Disney+ issue potentially related to IPv4 and IPv6. IPv6 is enabled in my router. I have this feeling that Disney+ is requiring it, AT&T is supporting it but Roku is not. All of these streaming channels work on my PC, Mobile, and Smart TV but not on my 2 Roku Ultras. And I have tried and searched everything. At this point, it is time to dump either Hulu/Disney/ESPN+ or Roku or both.

I have 3 Roku TVs and espn+, hulu, and disney+ are all operating correctly on all 3 TVs.

IP6 is enabled on my router. My ISP Verizon fios.

These devices are not Roku TVs... they are Roku Ultra streaming devices.

More similar than different than an ultra.
