The ZDF channel has no fast forward function, neither in the UI nor in does the key on the remote work Roku Streaming Stick + (3810, 3811 series) (3820EU). I am located in Germany, in general the channel works - its only the ffwd/fbwd feature missing. On other channels, like ARD or DAZN, it is available and works. Is that an issue specific to this stick or also on other devices?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Ok, is the developer of the Channel the ZDF broadcaster itself? Can I see a contact in the Channel?

@dan, I have checked the channel developer, it is ROKU. Whom should I address to fix the ffwrd?
