I noticed that when the Spectrum app was deleted from one of my TVs, it got removed from all the TVs in my account. Is there a way to lock the channels so no one else can delete the app.
You can assign a PIN to control adding or removing a channel. Log into your user account at https://my.roku.com and there you can set/change the PIN and tell Roku if you want the PIN to block purchases, channel additions, or nothing. While the web site only lists adding a channel, I understand it blocks removal as well.

It doesnt block removal (at least not on any firmware version/build I've seen), though it should.
This is a good feature suggestion/feedback however (maybe someone in the beta testing group should suggest it/provide the feedback).

Just tested this on one of my systems. I have my account set with "Always require a PIN to make purchases and add items from the Channel Store".
On my system, at least, the PIN *IS* required for adding a channel. It is *NOT* required for removing a channel.
I know of no way to block removal of a channel.
Well, that's a bummer. I thought a Roku moderator had stated that would work, but I'm not going to throw them under the bus, in case it was just another user making the claim.
